Join us for Family Yoga on the Lawn on Saturday, May 4th from 10a with MVP Teacher Children’s Yoga Specialist Erin Givarz! Bring your child(ren) to sing, move, and play in this outdoor 30 minute family yoga class. We will combine yoga poses with engaging songs, breath, & relaxation. This class is most appropriate for ages 1-8 but younger/older siblings are welcome. Bring a blanket or yoga mat for practice!
