Come join our family rhythm circles, where the power of music and connection await. From grandparents to grandchildren, everyone is invited to explore the healing rhythms together. Unwind, rejuvenate, and embrace the joy of family wellness through the beats of our drums and hearts.

Creative Rhythms Facilitators offer plenty of guidance for the group and each individual to get started and keep the music flowing. What we can expect in every session?

• Discover your creative rhythm and connect through the creative process.
• No skill required. All ages and abilities are warmly welcomed.
• Music making activities offer opportunities for laughter, focus and relaxation.

Creative expression games invite the playfulness into the group sound and allows learning to happen naturally. What will we do and who might enjoy this event?

• Participants will learn a rhythm pattern.
• Participants will explore music making within a group sound.
• Participants can have fun with family and friends.
• Participants will have the opportunity to meet new friends.
• Participants can enjoy an activity that inspire resilience, connection and self regualtion.
• Each month we'll learn a new pattern.
• Monthly games using music making and improvisation techniques.
