Family Constellations Through Art

Come join us for a unique experience where we explore family dynamics through the power of art. This 3 week series in-person event will be held at 1 E Superior St. Through creative expression, we will delve into the hidden truths and connections within our family systems. No artistic skills required, just an open mind and heart. Unlock the profound power of art and your intuition with Family Constellation Exploration - a transformative journey that taps into the collective wisdom passed down through generations. This approach recognizes that the experiences of our parents, grand-parents, and ancestors still resonate with us today. It honors the ancient and indigenous knowledge that has long intuited the transmission of trauma.

In our Integrative Family Constellation sessions, Nikolette and Isabelle will guide you through art directives that dive deep to uncover hidden patterns, unconscious loyalties, and unresolved wounds that subtly shape your current life.

This 3 week immersive experience is designed to connect you to your inner guidance through expressive art practices and profound inner excavation.

We will meet on Saturdays April 26th, May 3rd and May 10th.

About Your Facilitators:

Nikolette Amoros, MA has been facilitating family constellation sessions since 2022, after training with Mark Wolynn, author of "It Didn't Start With You". She is currently a pre-licensed art therapist who is passionate about combining artistic expression and helping people discover their larger family system and the stories that connect them.

Isabelle Rizo c.Ht. has been a creative facilitator for over 15 years. She intertwines her ethnographic Transylvanian roots with her art practice to map the unconscious symbolically. Her work has been featured internationally, inviting participants to connect with their own wisdom.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to attend all three sessions?

Yes! It is a consecutive course that builds on each session previous. We will meet for three Saturdays April 26th, May 3rd and May 10th

I haven't done art since elementary school, is this still for me?

Absolutely! This type of art requires no technical skill. We will provide all art materials, including your own notebook you will keep! Art therapy is about EXPRESSION. We are not focused on the finished product, but we are focused on what comes up through the art making process.

Do I bring my own lunch?

Every Saturday we will have a break from 12:00pm-1:00pm. You are welcome to bring your own lunch and eat in the facility, but there are plenty of options near by, including a Whole Foods with a cafe right across the street. Jimmy Johns, Joe and the Juice, True Food, and Brightwok are within 5 min!

Do I have to know everything about my family geneology?

No. All the information you have is enough. Sometimes it's interesting to consider what we don't know and why!
