Family Capoeira at Midtown Park

Family Capoeira class is a unique Afro-Brazilian martial art that develops discipline, coordination, strength, and rhythm. Instruction is provided by the Brazilian Cultural Institute, and the class is open to families of all sizes and skill levels.

Equipment Needed: Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring water and stay hydrated.

 Classes are free and open to the public. A parent or guardian must accompany participants under 18.
