A redefining of the extreme underground, "Portent" sees the band harness their shared experiences of pain and loss, and use that energy to create a truly monumental album for American Black Metal that is expansive, wholly engrossing, daring, and above all, honest and genuine. 3 tracks span the width and scope of the band's approach to the genre. The defining trait of the band reveals itself from the onset; the urgency in "Portent" is palpable."Portent" has received critical acclaim from NPR, Revolver Magazine, Decibel Magazine, Kerrang!, Bandcamp, Outburn, and more. False will have exclusive vinyl and merch in support of "Portent" for this event.

Dumal: Philadelphia USBMDumal is a three-piece Black Metal band that formed in 2013, drawn together by acollective understanding of the elements Black Metal. Dumal is Adam Siatkowski on bass and vocals, Andrew Dorflinger on guitar, and Evan Williams on drums. Building upon the foundation laid down by our forefathers, we seek to meld dissonance and despair with a strong sense of melody and triumph. Taking our name from the Baudelaire book of poetry Les Fleurs du mal, we tell stories of darkness and loss; we sing the mockery of Christ and of our despise of all theistic incarnations. Above all, Dumal is a celebration of Black Metal Art.

Sonja: Philadelphia Only Death is Real - Death must always be on the mind to cultivate the primal nature which allows true heavy metal to manifest. Sonja is a band that finds this fact to be a beautiful truth and exalts in the hidden power of the eternal night. The feeling of constant sexual tension with the reaper is the delicious gift of Sonja’s riffs.
