Falling Walls Lab is a world-class pitch competition, networking forum, and stepping stone that brings together a diverse and interdisciplinary pool of students and early-career professionals by providing a stage for global and local breakthrough ideas. The multifaceted format supports participants in driving their innovations and developing their communication skills, fostering collaboration, and creating a space for the impactful and sustainable community to thrive.

The Seattle Falling Walls Lab is hosted by CoMotion Labs

CoMotion Labs provides a multi-industry incubation environment for early-stage startups from the greater Seattle region, in addition to the UW community. From critical infrastructure to learning, mentoring, and networking, CoMotion Labs nurtures and enables success. And we help them grow without taking equity.

The international network of Falling Walls Labs includes renowned academic institutions from over 60 countries. The ETH Zürich, National University of Singapore, and University of Cape Town are only a few of the universities that have recently participated in the Falling Walls Lab program.

The DWIH provides a showcase for the research, science and innovation landscapes in Germany and in the USA and informs you about research funding, career paths and opportunities for cooperation in Germany.
