We're a full-service boutique catering company specializing in custom private and small corporate eventsWe create both the sense of abundance and balance. And the process of getting there matters deeply to us. We take time to understand clients and their unique entertaining style before designing a menu that brings their vision to life through a thoughtful meal. The ingredients used in every dish are sourced from farmers, butchers, fish and cheesemongers that we've established relationships with over the last 10+ years. I trust their growing practices and sourcing. Everything is made by hand - from the pasta to the ice cream. No shortcuts. Marianne, our in-house beverage curator, carefully chooses each bottle working with small importers focused on natural wines, and local craft brewers, ensuring that the beverages compliment my food in philosophy as much as flavor. My food is soulful and sumptuous without being fussy. Brisk mornings, crisp air infused with whispers of wood smoke, leaves crushed underfoot, and musty puddles from light rain the night before, calm moments as the changing light blankets the late afternoon . . . Michelle has prepared a sumptuous menu, rich with fall flavors:
aperitif agenais, cranberry shrub duck rillettes, smørrebrød with smoked salmon and assorted toppings, crostini with lardo and chestnut honey vegetable hors d'oeuvre~roasted beet with walnut oil, julienne carrot salad, celery root remoulade braised beef with handmade noodles roasted apples with housemade applejack ice cream
Marianne will be conspiring with <A HREF="http://www.ozwinecompany.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Oz Wine Company</A> and with <A HREF="http://winterhillbrewing.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Winter Hill Brewing Company</A> to select wines and beers to augment the flavors of the menu and the aromas of the season.
