Items to Bring:
- Water will be provided but feel free to bring your own
- Yoga Matt
- 5lb-10lb Dumbells or Resistance Bands ( A fews sets will be provided but i advise you bring your own )
- Positive Vibes
What to expect:
30-45 minutes of Fun and a Good Sweat!
- We always start with a great warm-up & stretch to loosen up
- Once our muscles are loose, time to get the heart rate up with around 8-10 minutes of various high intensity drills.
- At this point, you have a good sweat going and ready for our active strength portion
- Here we'll work with either resistance bands or dumbbells for lean muscle growth and fat burn acceleration through a circuit of exercises
- Last but not least, core exercises for a strong foundation
- Cool Down
