Sunflower Paint Party (fundraiser for CVRR)

Central Virginia Regional Rescue is a volunteer based (foster home) non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing of local animals.

oin us for a fun afternoon of painting by VA Paint Party!
we will be painting a end of summer/fall sunflower And our host by VA Paint Party, Misty can be found at http://www.vapaintparty.com/home.html
Tickets are $35 (*drinks not included, but can purchase at Phase 2)
All proceeds go to help CVRR rescue animals.
We do not allow refunds or exchanges for any reason.
 
Guest Agreement:
Supplies: The Host will provide to the Guest all painting supplies and one (1) canvas to paint on and agrees to clean up the Studio after classes are finished.
Food and Drink:Phase 2 will have a menu available for painters to purchase  from if they choose to. 
Liability: The Host’s entire liability to Guest or any third party, for any and all losses, injuries or damages from any cause whatsoever, shall be limited to the Guest’s actual direct damages, not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest for the services related to the claim or cause of action. 
Indemnity: The Guest agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to indemnify and hold harmless the Host and its agents against all damages, liabilities or costs including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, arising out of, or in any way connected with the performance of the services under this Agreement, excepting only those damages, liabilities or costs attributable to the negligent acts or negligent failure to act by the Host.
  Refunds: No refunds will be given for any reason, once an Guest’s reservation is paid for. Should a Guest be unable to attend a class already paid for, they may select an alternate Guest to attend in their place. Alternate Guests must agree to these terms and be approved by the Host, at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the paid class time.
Pets: No pets shall be allowed at class or in the Studio, except service animals.--It's at a resturant and must adhere to Phase 2 on this, but doensnt mean we can't paint and support the lovely animals at the same time!
All business aside now, we can't wait to see you at class!!!
