November's workshop will focus on Immunity and Nourishing the Body

<p>Respiratory ailments abound in the Fall months. Now is the time to make sure that we are shifting to habits that strengthen our immune systems and keep things moving internally and externally. Below are some of the approaches that we&#x27;ll be working with:</p><ul><li>Gentle stretching and movement to warm our joints and stimulate the immune system</li><li>Guided self-massage to assist the tissues that are congested*</li><li>Yin Yoga poses to open the chest and ease the neck for fuller breaths</li><li>Reiki healing</li><li>Group Health &amp; Peak Performance Coaching where we&#x27;ll identify readily available opportunities and resources to keep ourselves healthy at home</li></ul><p>*It is recommended to have sesame oil on hand, but any lotion or food-grade oil is beneficial along with wearing shorts or pants that can be rolled to the knee</p>
