Welcome to Fall Into Running! (our launch week has two "practices" on Wednesday the 10th and Monday the 15th)Come join us for a fun afternoon of running at WakeMed Soccer/Cross Country Park. Lace up your sneakers and get ready to hit the trails with others who like their exercise outdoors! Whether you're already a runner or just wanting to ease into it, you are invited!Enjoy the crisp fall air, beautiful scenery, and the friendship of fellow participants. Led by a recreational therapist and a former college cross country coach, the club will be a comfy place to learn how to run (better) as some will go from walking to jogging to running for time over the remainder of the Fall.Don't miss out on this opportunity to embrace the fall season and get active outdoors. Mark your calendars and get ready to fall into running with us!
