Oct 17th (3-10pm)

Natural Movin' & Groovin' (3-4:15pm) Miles Kroeker

Starting the afternoon off connecting to the grass and natural environment. Miles Kroeker will guide a class that includes a somatic movement experience inspired by nature, each other and musical rhythm. Primal movements to awaken & enliven the body followed by rhythmic grooves to connect us to music and expression through dance.

Freestyle movement meets Play ✨

Gogo Games is for the playful at heart and those who can't help but be themselves on the dancefloor. By shining your unique self you inspire others to do the same. No dance experience is necessary, an open heart is enough. Let's explore ways to move solo, duo and as a group that fosters self expression above all else.

Potluck Dinner (6-7pm)

Bring a food item to share. Please bring something that has a level of nourishment and vitality in mind. *Ingredients lists or outline of dietary needs met appreciated.* (Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, sugar-free, etc....)

As the meal finishes we will be guided into light smooth grooves to help us digest. Jyoshy will then take us on a musical journey to implement what we learned earlier in the day and dance to our heart's content.

DJ & Bass Bath (7-9pm) Jyoshy

Jyoshy is a Canadian DJ/Producer whose sound blends hypnotic grooves, rolling basslines, and driving rhythms into an immersive dancefloor journey. Known for genre-defying sets and an intuitive sense of flow, he has built a following throughout British Columbia and internationally.

Performing at renowned festivals including Basscoast and Burning Man, as well as across Mexico and Central America, Jyoshy's sets are unique in the way that they create a container for connection, expression, and movement. Drawing on his sound design and ecstatic dance experience, Jyoshy crafts and curates a musical experience that is groovy, joyful, and deep.

Rejuvenating Sound (9-9:45pm) Michael van Soest

(a.k.a. Ten-Nash-Ka) - a unique vibrational musician will be playing a set of 15 Crystal Signing Bowls with Vocal Toning for an extra ordinary experience for a full hour of soothing vibrational resonance of sound.

Michael has a background of Music that has merged with Subconscious therapy to help you reduce & release stresses to elevate you to a greater level of health and wellbeing.

Comfortable clothes and layers for outside to inside transitions
