Online ticket sales end 2 hours prior to the start of the event. Pre-registration is only available online via credit card payment. Tickets may still be purchased at the door using cash, check, or credit card.Late seating is at the discretion of the artist and The Dance Complex, and may not be available after the start time of a performance. In general, we advise arriving at least 15 minutes before the show start time. Doors open 30 minutes prior to show, at which time our bar is open in our lobby space. After the show has begun, entry is not guaranteed and refunds are not available. You may receive a refund through Eventbrite up until 24 hours prior to the event.Our ground-level lobby area and performance space is ADA compliant. Gender-neutral accessible bathrooms are located on both the ground and second-floor levels of the building. There is a motorized lift that can bring one person at a time from the ground floor to the second floor should a guest wish to use it. Join arts presenters from across the Greater Boston area as they announce their seasons in this spectacular premiere collaborative event!

WHAT IS THIS EVENT?Boston Dance Alliance and The Dance Complex co-host an inaugural celebration and announcement of the dance performance season in metro Boston. New and current audiences of any and all dance performance are invited to rub elbows with dancers and dance-makers, and host sites that present them for an evening that will preview the upcoming highlights of dance performance in the area. There will be music and video and a party atmosphere, and brief pop-up moments; dance presenters and artists will share highlights of their coming seasons. For those joining us live, there will be some give-aways of tickets and merch and special discounts on upcoming dance performance tickets. WHY ARE WE DOING IT NOW?While the performance dance scene is rich and diverse in the region, many theater goers stay with either a venue they are familiar with or artists they know. Also, especially since the height of the pandemic, audiences may not be aware of the evolving world of dance in the region, and what new spaces and new artists are creating and making dance happen. By coming together in one space for a special season preview, the region’s dance offerings will be able to show the great number and variety of opportunities to see dance. WHO SHOULD COME TO THE EVENT?The Fall Into Dance event is for a mix of people:<ul><li>those who are curious about or already love dance performance</li><li>Dance professionals - dancers, dance makers, dance presenters - who want to meet and greet current and potential audience, and find out what makes them tick</li><li>Those who love a good time</li></ul> HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?Nothing! This is a totally free event, but donations are always accepted. Reservation is required as capacity will be limited. This event will take place in Studio 7, which is fully ADA compliant and located on the ground floor of The Dance Complex.
