Hogwash Whiskey Den with Raising the Bar

Demystify bitters as you learn about the ingredients. In this workshop you'll learn the story and science of bitters as well as basic formulas, tools, and processes as you make your own special blend. Participants will choose from recipe cards and then make their special blend from a variety of botanicals. We’ll begin the first step of the infusing process in class and you’ll finish the process at home with complete instructions. 
Class includes botanicals, jar with infusing base, an eyedropper dispensing bottle, instructions, worksheet, and recipes to complete the process. Participants will take home a jar of infusing goodness. Ingredients from this class will make approximately 24 oz. of bitters, so basically 5  four-ounce bottles of your special blend bitters for gifting. Bitters make the perfect holiday gift for your cocktail-loving friends but you have to begin the process now! Email Renée at BadassBarware@gmail.com if you have questions. Cheers!
