Beverly it&#x27;s time again and we are back with another awesome Sweat Crawl and after party you won&#x27;t want to miss! 3 of Beverly&#x27;s top fitness studios (The Inner Cycle, The Energy Barre, and Sweat Fixx) have teamed up to bring you this awesome 3 workout crawl followed by post class drinks at Channel Marker, right down the street!For only $29 enjoy three 25 minutes workouts at each of your favorite studios followed by a drink at Channel Marker!The 25 minute workouts include:HIIT FIXX at Sweat Fixx: Get ready to work through 30-second intervals to burn out all your muscles. There will be no time for standing still as you quickly transition from rowing to strength for different rounds of HIIT! This intense combo will leave you drenched and work your body from head to toe. You’ll be pushing each other to your edge throughout the duration of this high intensity class, and we promise you’ll want to come back for more. This is rowing like you&#x27;ve never seen before! HIIT spin class at Inner Cycle: This interval-based class will lead you up challenging hills, have you sprinting with moderate resistance, and be sure to get your heart rate elevated and singe calories in a sweaty, fun, and empowering environment. *Sneakers may be worn or cycling shoes with SPD cleats. Matte at the Energy Barre: Get a taste of our signature style matte class, using lighter weights, body resistance and high repetition to quickly feel the burn...you&#x27;ll also move through low impact cardio intervals to turn up the heat on the 25 minute Energy Barre segment! The NIGHT BEFORE the event we will email you with your starting location. Workouts wil start at 6pm so please try to arrive at least 15 minutes early to get set up for class. From there you will be directed to your next workout location, feel free to run or drive!
