Join us for a fun-filled day at the Fall Family Festival!

Join us every weekend in Rye town park for a fun filled day for the family. No reason to waste time driving and overpaying at these seasonal “Orchards”. We have officially brought the orchard to you. With free parking, over 2000 pumpkins for you to choose from, cider donuts, live music, face painting, hayrides, axe throwing, food, shopping vendors and you’ll be back coming back for more.


Adults are FREE, Kids 3 and up $35 each


Kids tickets Include: 1 Pumpkin from our Pumpkin Patch for Pumpkin Painting, Bubble Zone Bubble Wand, Unlimited Bounce Castle Play, Unlimited Hayrides, Kids Axe Throwing, cotton candy, Live DJ Dance Entertainment.


Pumpkin Patch Ring Toss- Check out our Giant Ring toss for some Family Fun. Win Pumpkins from our Pumpkin Patch, October Fest Beer Mugs for Dad, Bubble Prizes, Gift Cards, Concert Tickets and more.


Face Painting 1-4pm


For the Adults- We will have over 30 shopping vendors showcasing handmade artwork, crafts, food, beverages and more. Octoberfest Beverages, Cocktails, and food will be available for purchase. Cornhole and Live music. Pumpkins for sale at pumpkin patch (priced based on size and weight). We encourage you to bring a chair or blanket so you can spread out in the park.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if it rains?

In the event of rain some of the activities will be canceled due to safety, but the event will still be on. If you choose not to attend because of weather conditions we understand and we will roll your tickets into another day.

Are tickets refundable?

Unfortunately all ticket sales are final. But don't worry if you cannot make your attended date The Barley Beach House will roll your ticket into another Fall Festival day.

Are pets allowed?

Yes we are in a pet friendly park so feel free to bring your pets. All pets must be on a leash and you must abide by Rye Town Parks pet regulations.

The Barley Beach House is located in Rye town park, on the beach overlooking the Long Island sound. Besides our stunning views and fantastic food, we love a good party. We throw several events a year in the park and on the beach. If you’re someone that enjoys something exciting to do, you need to check out our collection of upcoming events.
