We believe the "gyst" of life is to enjoy and delight in each and every day. Join us for a workshop, class or event!

Join us for a Fall Cider Tasting in honor of Johnny Appleseed's birthday! A hero in American folklore, Johnny Appleseed's story is based upon the life of John Chapman, an orchardist in the early 1800s. John Chapman planted orchards across the midwest, favoring apples known as "spitters" that were best at making hard apple cider. GYST will be brimming with ciders from Europe & the U.S.!  Come and help us celebrate his life, the myth, and of course, delicious cider! $20 to taste through six different ciders!
