Fall 2014 PAX Good Behavior Game BOOSTER Training

Lane County Public Health and Trillium Community Health Plan are pleased to offer this course free of charge to teachers in our community because we recognize the benefit of supporting teachers and schools to implement evidence-based programs that strengthen the growth and development of the children in our community.

In order to continue to provide programs like The Good Behavior Game, we need your help to demonstrate their effectiveness. Therefore, in exchange for providing this training and the materials needed to implement the program in your classroom you agree to:

• Implement the program in your classroom in accordance with the program guidelines
• Submit all baseline and follow-up documentation in a timely manner
