Join us in a fun, friendly space where you can practice your facilitation skills and get feedback!

You may be continuously growing your facilitation practices, but it&#x27;s hard to try new things when the stakes are high. Also, it can be challenging to practice in front of your peers, who may have a vested interest in the topic at hand.We’re lowering the stakes by creating a safe virtual space where you can practice and try out new techniques with fellow facilitators, who will be doing the same. We’ll keep it light and educational! All feedback will be presented in a “coaching style”: We&#x27;ll help you explore what might be better, while leaving criticism at the door. There’s no crying in facilitation, but there will be a lot of smiling in this session!You’ll get the chance to:<ul><li>Practice with a group of like-minded peers, all focused on professional growth</li><li>Learn from the practice sessions of others what you can adapted to your own practice</li><li>Get feedback that helps you facilitate meetings that improve engagement</li></ul>Registration is free but required.
