Get ready for a Pilates- inspired mat workout class. It's time to re-connect to you CORE! With a targeted focus on strengthening your arms, abs, and ass, this no-cardio class will combine mat pilates with barre floor work. Most Peaches do not wear shoes for this class. Come early to get your spot, doors open at 9:30 and class startes at 9:45.
