We call FAB a business workshop because that’s precisely what it is, purposeful work. FAB welcomes women at every stage of their career to come together to elevate their business acumen, acquire vital skills, and take home actionable insights over the course of 3 days. Since FAB began in 2017, our mission to connect, empower and champion women in the hospitality industry remains true. FAB continues to bring together a wide array of women: award-winning chefs, restaurateurs, CPG founders, and experts in the areas of marketing, accounting, legal, and HR. FAB is a workshop created for women, by women. Its power is in the connections, conversations, and confidence FAB fosters.
