Will additional tickets be sold once the conference sells out?

The space limits the conference to 550 participants, so we ask that each airport, state, or consultant firm give consideration and priority to staff members who work with FAA staff. Please RSVP by close of business May 24, 2024. Please email 9-awp-wp600-annual-conference@faa.gov for more questions.

Is there a reserved room block rate available?

Unfortunately, we do not have a reserved room block rate available for this conference.

Will meals be provided?

We will not provide meals or refreshments for this conference. Adequate time will be provided for breaks between sessions.

How much does parking cost?

Parking at the Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach will cost $15 a day for Self-Parking and $20 a day for Valet.

Will there be a designated space for exhibitors or vendors?

We will not provide any designated space for exhibitor/vendor booths.

Do you recommend any hotels?
