Welcome to the ultimate fitness challenge! Join us for the F45 x Hyrox Event where you'll push your limits and test your strength. We have designed an exact replica of the Hyrox competition, just cut it in half. Each station will be half the length you would compete in for the actual event. You can experience exactly what it feels like to complete the entire race!
Frequently asked questions
The HYROX HALF is a special endurance-based event, inspired by the full HYROX competition but scaled down in volume. It combines functional movements, strength, and cardio in a structured format, making it a great challenge for all fitness levels.
No! This event is open to both F45 members and non-members. However, spots are limited, so we recommend signing up early.
The HYROX HALF consists of a series of functional workout stations, each paired with a 400m run between them. Expect movements such as sled pushes, rowing, burpees, wall balls, and more.
The total workout duration depends on your pace, but most participants finish between 45-75 minutes
No- because the event is an abbreviated version of Hyrox, this wouldn’t be beneficial to your training to cut down even more. The event is designed perfectly for Doubles, as you would be doing the same amount of workload/length as you would in your Hyrox race.
We recommend incorporating strength, endurance, and functional training into your workouts leading up to the event. If you're an F45 member, classes like Athletica, Empire, and Liberty are great for preparation.

Yes, we have showers and amenities, so you can get ready for wherever you're going next .
Yes! We will have some raffle prizes to get out to folks. More details will be shared closer to the event.
Absolutely! We encourage participants to bring friends to cheer them on. The more energy, the better!
No- due to the format of the event, it wouldn’t be feasible to offer warm-ups and cool-downs for each participant. Please come warm and ready to your start time!
