We’re bringing the energy to The Fairfield with a free community workout that’s open to all fitness levels!
Join us on Sunday, June 1st at 10:00 AM for a full-body workout on the 3rd floor. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, this workout is designed for all fitness levels, with modifications available to help you move at your own pace. Get ready to challenge yourself, have fun, and leave feeling accomplished!
F45 Training is known for its high-energy, team-based workouts that combine functional movements to build strength, endurance, and mobility. This is the perfect opportunity to get a taste of what we offer, no matter your fitness background.
Plus, DJ Polaris will be spinning live to keep the energy high during the session!
After the workout, stick around for some fun with No Shower Happy Hour at Pinhouse Social or Urban Golf in the same building. Food and drinks will be available for purchase, so grab a mimosa or your favorite beverage and unwind with your fellow participants!
Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat for the workout!
