Slots for the experience are available for individuals or groups. The EXTRA Gum: Breathe, Chill, Chew, Repeat combines Ice bath, masks, northern lights, and personalised breathwork sessions with mindfulness coach Artur Paulins to invigorate Londoners seeking a health boost and a dose of wholesome wellness. <ul><li>Chill &amp; Chew Zone: Welcomed by the calming scents of peppermint and essential oils, guests will be welcomed with a warm, calming drink.</li><li>Breathwork session: Enjoy a personalised breathwork session from the incredible <a href="https://www.arturpaulins.com/" title="https://www.arturpaulins.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Artur Paulins</a> ensuring you’re in the perfect headspace to take on the ice.</li><li>Ice baths &amp; masks: Post expert breathwork, you'll be equipped mentally and physcially to brave the Extra Gum ice baths, designed to increase blood flow circulation, improve alertness and mood and promote overall well-being. Afterwards you’ll be invited to chill on the giant bean bags and enjoy an invigorating ice eye mask</li><li>Re-chew-venation Zone: A live DJ will play a perfect chillout set under a projection of the northern lights, the ultimate way to relax, chew Extra Gum, journal and reflect or move and get the blood flowing post your icy immersion.</li></ul>We offer robes and a changing facility for your convenience. Kindly remember to bring swimwear to fully enjoy the ice bath experience. T&amp;Cs EXTRA Gum: Breathe, Chill, Chew, Repeat is a marketing campaign being run by Mars / Extra Gum in conjunction with The Romans London Limited.<ul><li>Sign up to book an appointment for EXTRA Gum: Breathe, Chill, Chew, Repeat on 16th January 2024 and close on 28th January 2024. The slots will be for a 30 minute experience, slots running on 26th January and 27th January 2024 between 12-7pm at The White Rabbit Studios, Shoreditch.</li><li>Appointments will be reserved on a first come first serve basis.</li><li>Once all appointments are reserved, there will be no further appointments available.</li><li>On your arrival, ahead of this session, you must read a waiver and inform us of any medical conditions or medication requirements before you can start the experience.</li><li>We ask you to disclose any medical conditions, including but not limited to: heart conditions, high or low blood pressure with a history of fainting, unstable or early stages of pregnancy, physical or mental trauma, unmanaged psychosis, schizophrenia or bi-polar, post-surgery, lung disease, glaucoma, Raynaud's Disease and COPD.</li><li>You acknowledge and understand that you must be physically capable of participating in this activity.</li><li>If in our opinion, you are not physically fit to partake in the activity safely, you may not be able to take part in the experience.</li><li>By booking and attending this session you certify the information given to us is correct.</li><li>Appointments are available to over 18s only and we will be checking IDs at the door. If our staff suspects you are below 18 years of age, unfortunately you will not be able to take part in the experience.</li><li>You certify that you are aware you will be invited to perform breathing exercises that could make you feel light headed and affect your bio-chemistry.</li><li>You confirm you are aware that you will have the opportunity to submerge yourself into water that is 6 degrees or colder for up to 3 minutes at a time.</li><li>This exposure to cold is voluntary and will be at your own risk. By agreeing to participate you understand the risks associated with cold exposure. Examples of which include but are not limited to, a sudden spike in heart rate and blood pressure, uncontrollable hyperventilating, loss of breath, heart failure, stroke or risk of death.</li><li>Mars Wrigley UK reserves the right to rearrange appointments or cancel the event at its discretion.</li><li>I, the attendee, hold all responsibility for any injuries, ailments or after effects that may occur during and after breathwork and/or cold water exposure with Mars Wrigley UK.
