South Suburban Action Conference (SSAC) and the Evangelism of Grace (EOG) will partner to host an Expungement and Exoneration Overview along with a Resource Fair for Formerly Incarcerated Persons

Come join us at In The Upper Room Ministry for a day filled with valuable information and resources for those looking to clear their records and start fresh. Our event will feature experts in expungement and exoneration who will provide guidance on the process and answer any questions you may have. Don't miss out on this opportunity to take the first step towards a brighter future. See you there!

Invited guests will include the following Cook County Government organizations: Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership/ Road Home; Cook County Women's Reentry Program; and Cook County Reconnect Program. Also, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County Expungement Department and National Alliance for the Empowerment of the Formerly Incarcerated. Resource organizations will include non profit organizations that provide free legal representation and other services to individuals that live on Chicago's far south side and Southland, such as, New Leal Illinois and Cabrini Green Legal Aid, First Defense Legal Aid, Harriet Tubman Initiative, Giving Others Dreams, Governors State University Social Justice Initiative, and others.
