FREE MIND AND BODY CONNECTIVITY EVENT FOR ANYONE WITH AUTOIMMUNE OR MOBILITY ISSUES IN CONJUCTION WITH THE MANX LOTTERY TRUSTIf you have an autoimmune or mobility issue then thanks to generous funding from the Manx Lottery Trust, Without Wings is delighted to bring you the SECOND in a series of NINE, specially curated Be Well &amp; Stay Connected, wellbeing meet-ups!This month we're featuring...Expressive movement for mobility - a relaxing, feel-good session led by Olwen Maurer (adapted dance and developmental movement specialist) and Owen Atkinson (poet and dancer).No prior experience, pressure or special clothes necessary - this is just a gentle space where you'll be guided to move, express and reconnect in your own way.Come as you are. All bodies and energy levels welcome.This activity can be performed from a chair with standing activities only where deemed appropriate. You are also very welcome to bring along a supportive friend or family member (though please remember to book them a free ticket too!).Disabled parking and lift to room available.See you there!
