Join Expressive Artist Kathye Conti on zoom to explore the role art plays in promoting personal well-being and connectedness.Beyond the 5 sensesObjective: To explore the senses and beyond to intuitive energy and the meanings that we take away from our experiencesSoundSightSmellTasteTouchConversations and Journaling along the way:Everything begins with how we perceive things this is one of the foundations of life. What does fear and doubt feel like to you? Where do you feel it in your body?Do you prefer certainty over uncertainty and why?What is a path you can take into uncertainty?What does the field of all possibility feel like to you?What does it feel like to take a risk ?What experience have you had that seemed senseless that became meaningful to you?When is the last time you experienced courage? What did that feel like to you?What occurs when you open yourself to “Mistakes”? Art exercise: With eyes closed using non-predominate hand , I will turn on music and we will follow our sense of sound and touch, beyond into feelings and intuition. Then with our sense of sight, beyond into intuition and self exploration, the art work will be continued.
