Join Sound Healers Lisa Bondy, and friends Damarys Romano & Erica Powers, as well as Reiki Master Tina Conroy, for an evening of good vibrations! Healing, restoration, nourishment and FUN. Lift your vibration into the sky!

• Studies have shown that sound can have a measurable impact on brain waves, heart rate, and other physiological processes to promote relaxation and healing, reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and sleep
• All are welcome (no experience necessary)
• Dress comfortably as we will be reclining on our mats
• Eye pillows are encouraged; Bring eye pillow if you have one, if not we will have some for purchase

Please note, the event is free, however we are raising money. Please select "donation" if you would like to contribute; we are also accepting cash donations at the day of the event. All proceeds to benefit 'Be The Rainbow' of Port Washington
