Do I need any previous dance experience? What if I'm not a "good dancer"?

You absolutely do not need any previous dance experience. Your body has innate natural rhythm, talent, wisdom and movement. We will be exploring all different types of movement in this experience - this is nothing traditional or typical! We will be outside of the box!

What if I'm nervous or anxious about how others will see me? What if I look weird?

YAY! Looking weird is celebrated and "awkward" expressions are welcomed here! We are here to break the mold of the status quo, not continue to conform to our fears identity! You are welcome to get as weird as you want. We will also be engaging in grounding, soothing exercises at the start.
