Is yoga experience required?

No! While having some experience with yoga may enable you to connect quicker, the practice will be slow and gentle so that anyone is able to follow along—and adjust to what their body needs.

Is writing experience required?

Not at all! This workshop isn't about crafting a literary masterpiece but about mastering connecting to yourself. Come curious, and you're good :)

What do I need to bring?

You will be supplied with a yoga mat, blocks, journal, and pen. Come in comfortable clothes you can move in, and bring anything else you would make you feel comfortable (i.e., sweatshirt, water, etc.)

The venue is a hot yoga studio. Will the class be heated?

As of now, the workshop will not be heated. Attendees who register will be sent a survey to vote a week before the workshop, based on preference and weather :)
