What should I bring with me?

Yoga mats and floor cushions are provided. You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfy seated/laying on a yoga mat (for example a blanket, pillow, eye cover, additional cushions). There is a futon available for anyone who would prefer to use it and there are some chairs available as well.

What time can I arrive?

Doors open 30 minutes before the event start time. Please come a few minutes early, the event will begin at promptly  at the time stated in the agenda to respect everyone's time.

Are there any accommodations for individuals with mobility challenges?

The location is wheelchair accessible. There are chairs and a futon available for anyone who would prefer to use it over floor seating.
