Overview

Please join us for the first in a series of important collider networking events focused on doing business with the federal government. This event will bring together representatives from government, industry, small business, and others in the broader innovation and intelligence community to share and exchange ideas and content about federal government programs, resources and opportunities for geospatial intelligence innovation and business growth.

Key messages conveyed during the event will:

  • Highlight the important role small businesses play in assisting the Department of Defense (DoD) and its various agencies achieve their mission through the application of GEOINT-related capabilities; and
  • Provide an overview of small business programs and opportunities available for U.S. small businesses with novel solutions in GEOINT-related technology application areas to pursue government contracts.

  • Entrepreneurs, innovators, and small business owners/operators with novel approaches and technologies for use in the analysis of imagery, signals, and signatures derived with geospatial information.

The discipline of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) provides advantage to U.S. policymakers, military service members, intelligence professionals and first responders through the exploitation and analysis of imagery and geospatial information to describe, assess, and visually depict physical features and geographically referenced activities on the Earth. It helps our national defense agencies and security forces by monitoring, analyzing and reporting on imminent threats, as well as aiding those responding to fires, floods, earthquakes, or other natural or manmade disasters our nation's first responders attend to in humanitarian and disaster relief efforts.
