This course offers an introduction to the benefits and practical applications of relational wisdom, which is an advanced form of emotional intelligence. It includes integrations of personal worldviews and values, acrostics that accelerate skill development and personal growth, numerous practical life applications, <a href="https://rw360values.org/emotional-intelligence/" title="https://rw360values.org/emotional-intelligence/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">emotional intelligence</a> and multiple demonstration videos.This <a href="http://www.rw360values.org/" title="http://www.rw360values.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">values-based</a> course is being used in businesses, schools, hospitals, nonprofits, and other secular organizations to equip individuals to effectively live out their personal value systems in their jobs, families, and friendships. This values-based version of relational wisdom is compatible with <a href="https://rw360values.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Six-Worldviews.pdf" title="https://rw360values.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/10/Six-Worldviews.pdf" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">all worldviews and faiths</a>.This event is hosted by Blue Ridge Bible Church and is open to the public. <h1>Instructors</h1>The seminar will be presented by Michael &amp; Julia Quillen.Julia is a Certified Relationship and Life Coach with International Coach Federation (ACC) as well as a Certified RW360 Coach. She has also been an Advanced Relational Wisdom Instructor since 2013 and has taught many seminars and workshops to women’s groups, teachers, and other groups. As a coach, she is passionate about helping people add action to information to create transformation. Julia is also the author of the first book in a series of children’s books and journals on Relational Wisdom (Kendry Uto, Detective: An Investigation of Self-Awareness for Highly Intelligent Children (Kendry Uto Detective Series), with two more books and companion journals on the way. Michael has led seminars and workshops for large national gatherings, medium-sized staff retreats, and small local church settings throughout the United States. He loves to help improve the health of families, churches, schools, and corporations by putting to use his training and experience in factories and fields from New Jersey to Alaska as well as boardrooms and classrooms from Elkton, Maryland to Edinburgh, Scotland. He is also a certified RW360 coach.
