Angel Hayden is the founder of True Form – As a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer, Angel applies holistic and Ayurvedic principles to physical fitness, mindfulness, meditation, and nutrition to guide clients to a deep union between body and mind. This class will provide a safe space to learn about and practice mindfulness and meditation.

The Space

This is a donation-based event for anyone new to meditation. Whether you are curious about meditation or have recently started practicing, this is a great opportunity to learn and practice. We will spend time talking about the basic tenants of mindfulness and meditation, getting to know one another, and experimenting with a couple meditation techniques. No experience required!
