Exploring Materials: Printmaking
Overview
(2 PDPs) Join us in the Art Studio for a fun and accessible printmaking experience! Inspired by the Cooking with Eric Carle exhibition, this workshop invites participants to explore unconventional materials and creative techniques. Together, we’ll print, layer, and assemble a series of playful culinary-themed artworks. No prior experience needed – just bring your creativity!
Certificate of completion hours for teachers and early educators are available for both professional development and workshop offerings at The Carle.
A limited number of workshop spots are free for preschool teachers and elementary teachers in Title 1 Schools through The Carle Community Fund. Scholarships are awarded at random and offered on a quarterly basis. Application deadline is January 15.
We work to provide accessible programming. If you need accommodation to participate in this program, please contact Natalie at programs@carlemuseum.org. We ask that requests are sent at least five business days in advance of the program so we can make arrangements. Thank you!
