Exploring Change Management (ACMP QEP)

This engaging virtual instructor-led workshop provides participants with an understanding of the importance of change management and explores change essentials that will help attendees discover and flex their change muscle. Throughout the workshop, participants will build a personal change capability roadmap so they can put into practice what they learned right away.

This an official ACMP QEP ™ course. Participants who successfully complete this workshop are eligible for 5.5 Professional Development Units (PDUs) through ACMP. These PDUs can be used when applying for the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) exam, or to maintain active CCMP status.
