Join Leslie for a sunset meditation class. Each class will vary as we explore various types of meditation and breathwork.

You an expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself.
Leslie has a powerful way to guide you into accessing your authentic self, connect to your truth and LIBERATE on a mind, body, soul level. Her classes have been said to be, "life changing". Come see for yourself.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat and/or towel
- Blanket and/or dress warm (It can get cold in the evenings around this time on the beach)
- Water
- Meditation cushion or rolled up towel (optional)
Location: Lifeguard Tower 14. Type 'Lifeguard Tower 14' into Google Maps and you will be taken right to the location. (North of Pier, City side)
There is plenty of street meter parking. Use the stairs to walk down to the beach and we will be right next to lifeguard tower 14.
This is a donation-based class with a suggested minimum donation of $10
