Can everyone enjoy a soundbath ?

Mostly , yes, there are some contraindications , please ask Gayle if in doubt or consult with your doctor.examples are ; having a fitted pacemaker, inner ear discomfort , recent surgery.

Do you supply the art materials

I supply the art materials and all the supplies needed for our workshop

Where is the drawing room located

On the ground floor at westbury Arts centre, a toilet is also on the ground floor close by .

Are there refreshments?

There is tea, coffee and water included

Please wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting paint on.

Do I need a yoga mat ?

If you would like to lay on the floor for the sound bath , please feel free to bring one along and anything that would make you feel more comfortable. There will be two sound baths , one whilst you are creating and a final one before we conclude for the afternoon.
