No recording once sessions begin

One of the best ways to learn about the breath is to first experience and feel the power of the breath. The transformational breathing experiences allow the opportunity to explore the power of the breath in a safe and supportive setting.
These transformational breathwork sessions use many components and styles that Ryan has learned over the years such as holotropic breathing, rebirthing and other pranayama techniques that he feels are most effective and beneficial. It's very rare to breathe in this way and should only be done during the session.
Most people are over breathing and mouth breathing in their lives, and Ryan encourages people to learn how make the switch to nasal breathing with the diaphragm to breathe less and more efficiently. The Buteyko method and Pranayama are the foundation for Ryan’s principals.
The transformational breathing experiences combine different elements of breath practices to help regulate and balance the nervous system. No experience is necessary. I make sure everyone feels comfortable and reinforce the importance of trusting yourself.
‍This is a fully immersive experience with the breath and music, in a supportive setting, allowing you to take a journey within. Rhythmic breathing with awareness moves energy in the body while tapping into the nervous system, creating an expanded state of consciousness. This can be an intense experience which creates undeniable changes in the body and mind or it can be a gentle experience that helps you to be more calm an grounded. I encourage you to go as deep as you want and to trust yourself. Intuitive rhythmic breathing with the ability to relax and let go can facilitate the body's natural capacity to heal itself. The experience can bring deep insights and clarity. Transformational breathwork can sometimes allow for unresolved memories and emotions to rise to the surface so they can be processed with a new awareness. It’s like a reset for the nervous system. By the end of a practice, many people experience feelings of clarity and peace with a newfound sense of awareness. It can be very energizing and exhilarating while also leaving you feeling calm and grounded. Some experiences can be challenging and revealing.

Each session will be different for each individual. Usually people find that they get the most benefit after trying this practice a few times allowing them to let go and trust the process a little more each time.

Bring comfortable clothes, water and a mat or blankets.. Some people like to use an eye mask as well. You will be lying down for an hour. Extra blankets are available if you need.

Try to avoid eating heavily two hours before arrival. Try to be hydrated.

No recording during the actual breathing sessions. Taking photos before or after the session is fine but phones are silenced or off once the session begins.

Consult your physician before doing a deep breathing practice or if you have any medical conditions.

Please don’t attend if you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant. Breathwork should be done at your own risk. High risk individuals who should not attend.

-Cardiovascular disease

-Heart attacks, high blood pressure, and angina

-Glaucoma or retinal detachment

-Recent injury or surgery

-Any condition that requires you to take medication

-Panic attacks or psychosis

-Seizures

-Severe mental illness

-Aneurysms (or family history)

-You are pregnant or are breastfeeding

I offer at least one sharing circle for integration every month and have many other resources available


These experiences can feel very psychedelic and create non-ordinary states of consciousness. Integration is a very important part of the experience. I have many resources available upon request and am a certified in transformational and psychedelic coaching.

Park anywhere in parking lot. Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. If you are more than 10 minutes late the door is locked to keep the session from being interrupted.
