Is this a one-off event?

This launch event is a taster — some of us will continue to meet on Sundays afternoons until the end of November. You're invited to join us if you'd like to; but coming to the first session doesn't mean we'll expect you every week!

Question 2

How long will it go on for?

Session run from 4–5.30; if you'd like to you can stay for refreshments afterwards, then we have a short service of Evening Worship from 6–6.30, which is open to all.

Question 3

Do I need to be religious to join in?

Accepted Answer

No. We'll be talking about faith in God, and particularly Christian Faith, but it should make sense even if you don't experience or believe in God — in fact we'd love to hear your experience, and there will be opportunities to share with others.

Question 4

Will this include prayer /  worship?

Accepted Answer

We'll say a brief prayer at the beginning of the session; you can join in saying 'Amen' at the end if you want to. We won't be spending long times praying. No pressure, no expectation, just a chance to explore together.

Question 5

Accessibility – is there level / step free access?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is a fixed ramp to enter the building and there is level access to an accessible toilet. If you have any further questions or need any special access arrangements, please contact us.

Question 6

Are accessible toilets available? can they be accessed during the session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, toilets are accessible during the session and are clearly signposted. There are accessible toilets. The toilets are individual and gender neutral.
