Providence Farm is a small farm located just outside Greensboro, in McLeansville, North Carolina. We are a few miles north of I-85/40, just north east of the 785 bypass. The farm is populated with rare, heritage breed sheep, miniature dairy goats, Tamworth pigs, and a ridiculous amount of poultry.  Responsible, sustainable stewardship in a predator friendly, pasture based regenerative system is what we're all about. We offer pasture raised poultry, pork, & lamb, as well as free range chicken eggs, various fiber related goods from our sheep, and other artisan goods from local producers. Interactive, hands-on enrichment workshops for homeschool learners

Foraging the farm for useful items is an important skill for daily stewardship. We will also be learning about the benefits of fire starting - from cooking food and providing warmth to nurturing the soil. S﻿uitable for learners in grades 2-6. Parent/care givers are welcome to stay for all, part, or none of the workshop. Bring a bagged lunch and complete the registration form found on our website. w﻿ww.providencefarmnc.com
