<P>Gather with your community and learn the substance of the zoning challenge that LANDMARK WEST! and neighbors submitted to the Department of Buildings against 36 West 66th Street.  Zoning expert George Janes will present slides explaining the points outlined in the community challenge.  Elected officials, and represenatives of the offices of elected officials who have signed on will be present with LANDMARK WEST! and our colleagues, FRIENDS of the Upper East Side Historic Districts to share information.  </P>
