Zoom class exploring open ended play materials. Experience the power of play as an adult, so you can help children engage in play.

During this interactive zoom class, you will explore the difference between adult-directed activities and child-led activities. We will discuss the benefits of letting children lead activities. You will need 4 materials for this class. You can find these all at the Dollar Tree. (It is okay if you can only find things similar to this list):<ul><li>play dough</li><li>glass pebbles</li><li>popsicle sticks</li><li>hair curlers</li></ul>You will have time to explore and create with these materials. We will talk about our experiences and how to extend this play for children.
