Connect with beer experts and enthusiasts from across the region at Experience the Hops from 1 to 10 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 24 in the <a href="https://allerton.illinois.edu/the-gardens-map/?location=mansion" title="https://allerton.illinois.edu/the-gardens-map/?location=mansion" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Mansion</a>. Participants will have the opportunity to attend seminars, eat a multi-course dinner with its own beer pairings, and taste plenty of distinctive beers. Participating local and regional breweries will include <a href="https://www.brickrivercider.com/" title="https://www.brickrivercider.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Brick River Cider Co</a>., <a href="https://triptychbrewing.com/" title="https://triptychbrewing.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Triptych Brewing</a>, <a href="https://www.schlafly.com/" title="https://www.schlafly.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Schlafly Beer</a>, <a href="https://www.handoffatebrewing.beer/" title="https://www.handoffatebrewing.beer/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hand of Fate Brewing</a> and others.From 1 to 5 p.m., enjoy talks*, beer and company with fellow brew enthusiasts. After a 5 p.m. cocktail hour, enjoy a five-course dinner from 6 to 8 p.m., prepared by Weird Meat Boyz.
