Craft positive experiences by understanding needs, and emotions, and driving creativity for customers, users, and attendees

Talent Garden Vienna

It’s all about experience! Just think about an event you attended recently, a train trip you did the other day or the way you ordered something online – you had needs, thoughts, questions, emotions, and feelings while doing that. If we look at the experience we might have during the whole journey, we understand aspects that help to make a positive experience possible in the first place.Putting this approach into understanding the experience that other people – like customers, users, or attendees – might have, we get the chance to imagine a potential experience by identifying pain points, showing opportunities, and driving creativity. In this workshop, you will

understand the purpose and concept of experience mapping

practice mapping an experience from different perspectives

work in small groups on fast-paced exercises

learn about the power of the outcome

This workshop is for people who

plan, create, or build products, services, and events

work in fields like innovation, consulting, design, or research

are interested in experience mapping

want to learn something new

Important to know:

Prepare yourself to do a lot of thinking, writing, and discussing.

You don’t need to bring a laptop.

Let’s dive into hands-on experience mapping together!
