Legendary for her style, grace and elegance, Cicely will entertain us with stories of her nearly 50-year history as Rose Emperor II of the Imperial Sovereign Rose Court of Oregon as well as being elected Rose Empress 31 in 1989. You don't want to miss this exciting evening of drag performance and storytelling.
