Designed for practitioners who have completed Phase 1 or the Exos Performance Specialist (XPS) Online Certification, this mentorship is ideal for coaches, trainers, and sports scientists seeking to advance their coaching skills and lead athletes to achieve their highest potential.

Blending theoretical knowledge and practical application, Phase 2 equips participants with the tools to effectively instruct, provide feedback, and design training programs with an emphasis on advanced movement skills through the Technical, Error, Correction (TEC) Model; strength and power development; and Energy Systems Development (ESD) programming that targets the physiological needs of athletes.
