ExoArmer Basics Level I teaches the foundations of our method, including the T.R.U.S.T technique and how to identify and release over fifty soft tissue structures. The course also teaches how to use the ExoArm Infrared Sleeve for even better results. We focus on the back, hip complex, lower and upper extremities, and the neck, and cover concepts including:

  • Point of contact
  • Line of drive
  • Depth of pressure
  • Proper body mechanics
  • Anatomical attachment points
  • Muscle fiber alignment

What will I learn in this course?

You’ll learn the foundational ExoArmer Method, including the T.R.U.S.T technique (Tissue Release Under Sustained Tension). The course covers point of contact, line of drive, depth of pressure, proper body mechanics, muscle fiber alignment, and how to safely use the ExoArm Infrared Sleeve.

What areas of the body will we cover?

We’ll teach soft tissue release techniques for the lower extremities, hip complex, low back, upper back, neck, shoulder girdle, and upper extremities.

Is the ExoArm Infrared Sleeve included?

Yes. Every participant receives a full kit including the ExoArm Infrared Sleeve, two rechargeable batteries, a heating element, and a charger.

Do I need to bring a model or partner?

No. The course provides all necessary materials, and practice will be done in pairs with other attendees under instructor supervision.

Will I receive a certification?

Yes. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate confirming your participation and proficiency in ExoArmer Basics Level I.

Do I need prior experience to take this course?

This course is designed for both new and experienced manual therapists. Whether you’re just starting or looking to expand your skill set, you’ll find value in this training.

How long is the course?

It’s a 2-day in-person course, running from 9 AM to 5 PM each day.
