A Midday Reset for Thoughtful Women
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and join us for a calm, small-group wellness workshop designed to help you reset for the season ahead.
During our time together, you’ll:
• complete a series of written reflection questions and prompts
• think through what’s currently supporting or draining your energy
• clarify what you want more of this summer
• create a simple, realistic wellness reset plan for the weeks ahead
There will also be time for light refreshments and casual conversation for anyone who wants it.
You won't be asked to:
• introduce yourself to the group
• share your reflections publicly
• participate in partner or group exercises
• speak if you’d rather reflect quietly
This workshop is designed for women who enjoy thoughtful, calming spaces and want to carve out a little time for themselves. If you're overstimulated from needing to be "on" in your daily life, whether for work, family, or other obligations, this is for you.
